This is my first legit grow, I know some people will say I used to hard of strains for the first time especially considering my first grow of bag seed was a bigger disaster then Hemp being introduced to the paper industry.
I just want some opinions on how long I have to harvest for each plant. They have all been flowing for 60 days. Some background info on each plant.
The Jah Herrer had some light leak that was unnoticed for a week or two so it is behind. I even find the "spicy smell" is nasty. I do not like to smell it which is unfortunate because I am most eager for its Sativa head high. It also had an unnoticed nitrogen overdose during all of veg(I thought dark dark green fan leaves was normal) which made me cut off a lot of excess foliage in flowering.
The OG Kush had sever potassium, calcium, phosphorus and ph issues which resulting in losing a lot of fan leaves as well as almost every leaf has discolored edges, if your wondering why he looks so disastrous. Regardless he has decent buds and should be ready soon. He smells pretty good. I also already cut off test buds from the top of him, which might have shocked him a bit. I was told that a lot of growers harvest periodically to allow all the buds to mature though.
The Vanilla Kush was my most successful plant, she smells delicious and the buds look so frosty and kush like compared to the OG. As you can see a lot of the fan leaves and some of the sugar leaves are turning completely yellow which tells me she is almost ready or I am severely lacking nitrogen. I found this plant might have been lucky for me since I heard she was a pain to grow.
The trichomes for all three have a majority of fully formed mushroom head glands that are cloudy/milky but still many developing glands.. None of the trichomes are ember yet. The pistils are turning red and receding into the plant though. I am wondering if i should wait until some trichomes turn amber and allow the buds to get bigger? Personally I hate checking the trichomes with my magnifier because I feel like I destroy a million glands in the process, with the sticky residue evidence caked on the edge of the magnifier. I kind of feel like I have ruined the buds that i have checked, am i over reacting?

It took three attempts and an hour+ to finally get this sorted properly. I realize there are a few duplicates and I am unwilling to lose them all again trying to fix it.
