Harvest Time Collision With Vacation Time

My Auto is taking longer than advertised.. By a lot.. My fear is that it will be ready the day before I trek off to Europe for two weeks. While I trust my adult sons who will be house-sitting to watch the house, I do not want them involved with this in any way. It isn't their thing anyway and they wouldn't want anything to do with it.

Any ideas on perhaps a way to slow dry it for 2 weeks?

Or maybe some other strategy?

If you have a good condition dry area it’ll be just perfect when you’re back in 2 weeks
