Thanks everyone. You guys are awesome. We're getting hammered here with snow so the Bday plans have been rescheduled (somewhat). Mr Tang and I are still nipping on the Crown Royal and about to take a midnight snowmobile ride thru the trails.
Although the last time I did this I ended up with my coveralls down around my ankles doing things that would scare the wildlife

Yeah, I'm not sure how warm its gonna be, lol.
I'm bundled up pretty good but I'm still trying to limit my fluid intake so my coveralls stay on = no beer for me until we reach someones camp

Thanks again for the Birthday wishes everyone. We had a good time and stopped in to see a few friends along our ride. This old guy who was a good friend of my fathers has lived on the lake for as long as I can remember. He gave me a beautiful sterling silver case he made out of reclaimed pieces of silver he salvages at yard sales/flee markets ect. The scrolling on it is very unique. I love it.
When I was 17 he gave me a little sterling stash box I still have so this big gift was quite a surprise so many years later.
He's pushing 80 and still doing what he loves...making beautiful items from things most people would toss.
Last fall my brother made a few batches of blueberry wine, apple brandy and some mash. I'm gonna have him run a couple bottles out to him as a 'thank you'.
Nothing like a little apple brandy to keep the blood flowin and keep the ya warm.
