Thanks to those on rollitup.org who have helped me in the past, much appreciate all the advice and care you guys have given me - you know who you are.
I recently received sixty clones, 36 are the CareFree which is supposed to be a pretty nice yielder, one pound per thousand watt lamp... and 24 of the AfGooXKush which I have been told is just about some of the best bud my friend has smoked, however a lower yielder.
He is currently growing both strains outside, and they look healthy and vibrant. Most excited to get started again, my last run was a bit of a disappointment for various reasons, however the one before that was simply amazing... fully exceeded my expectations which is always a nice thing. Anyone grown crosses of any of these strains? Share your experiences!
RH: 60%
Temp : 77-82 lights on.
Ph : 5.7
Medium : Sunshine #4 (had great luck with this stuff thus far! Mixed with 20% perlite)
The babies are vegging under a thousand watt lamp (I know, a waste of power, I need to get a veg area set up soon with a T5)
They are mostly pretty small, with decent root structure, and while about five of them are droopy, all seem to have rebounded quite well from the transplant into their new homes which are your basic starter pot.
Clones are smaller than the ones I am used to in the past, much smaller but it seems the leaf structure is more compact and more developed. Interested to see how long they take to veg, I'm hopeful for 14 days.
They were given a healthy dose of B1 in their first feeding, however I have not given them any veg nutes as of yet and don't plan to for at least another water - we shall see. Pictures coming soon!
