guirilla nutes?

i was wondering if there is anything around the house i could use as nutes.. ive heard of it before and think its kinda cool to be making your plants healthier and such for free i personally have the money to buy fertilizers which is what i will most likely end up doin reguardless but i was wondering if theres is any truth that household things such as sugar disolved in water for its glucose actually works

house hold things? ash from the fire place to keep ph up, hair clipping and coffee grounds for nitrogen, maybe finger nail clippings as a substitute for bone meal? strawberries have more potatsium than bananas, molasses or turbinado for carbs, dog and cat poop for the fun of it, urine, ... dude jus use fertilizer
