Guessing Game answer.

Thanks for the comments, although some were a little condescending. The plant was intentionally left untrimmed to show the progression of the deterioration (I lost many others).
Interesting that nute burn or ph were top of the list but I don't think so. The first 2 photos show 2 plants that were sprouted and transplanted at the same time. Both are in the same soil, both watered with the same ph balanced water and both were fertilized the same. The question that was not asked was what kind of lights were used.
Number 1 was left in a south facing double pane window and although it's a bit spindly I wouldn't say that there is any problem with water or nute burn.
Plant #2 like the plant in photo #3 (original post) looked much like the plant in photo #1 before they was put in a 5x5 grow tent under a Lighthouse Hydro BlackStar 600w LED. Things went sideways very quickly after that. As per the manufacturer's recommendation the light was set between 18 & 24 inches. Within a week the leaves started to bleach and then die from the tips back. New leaves would constantly start but never get up and grow. Check out all the tiny branches up the stem.
Plant # 3 was kept alive (if you can call it that) for 3 months and then I pulled the plant from under the light and put it in the window the same time that #1 & 2 were sprouted. Photo #4 shows the same plant after about 3 weeks in the window.
I wanted to support the LED community but nothing I've experienced so far, deserves support.
Heh, There's a thousand stories in the naked city and this is just one.
Thanks and good luck with your grows.Number1.jpgNumber2.jpgNumber3.jpgPhoto # 4.jpg
