The way i understood from this discussion is that if there are male plants around they get the female pregnants. And one can't smoke no pregnant stuff. Can the pregnancy be aborted? How can one smoke and enjoy it!

pregnancy can't be aborted, short of using tweezers and picking out all of the little seeds, and it'd probably be for naught anyways since the plants have already lost alot of their THC. It might be a good idea to ask a local if they know the potency of the plants around there. If he says smoke that shit, then TOKE UP!

I agree with kieahtoka. Hell..that could be a field of top notch bud destined FOR hash production...ya just never know.

In addition, this entire conversation has had folks commenting that are from the US..and you are not. I have no idea "for sure" what grow wild there in your country...but it seems a bit more likely (from the origin of the plant) that what you have over there could be better than what grows wild here. (much of which originated as hemp for making rope in the Civil War era) I GUARANTEE that nothing growing wild here could be used for hash making or for any other psychoactive fun. It's THC-less and a waste of time here...

but for you..who knows? All you can do is check it out and HOPE.

I know this crop was for hash production, and locals also make a sweet drink out of it with almonds, pistachio and what not. Orginally this area used to cultivated for pot to eventually make hash.

But but but! I don't want hash, i can buy it without too much problem. However i don't like the high of Hash so i want good old weed. In Germany i had both available and weed is definitely far better. There is no limit to how much weed you can smoke, but hash you get bored after a while.

Now since i know this is hash production crop does that put me any closer to getting high?
If yes then i have to wait till october eh?

If it's a hash crop then you'll be in the clouds my friend. But yes you'll have to wait till around october to actually harvest any. Unless you wanna transplant some of these babies and start them flowering now.

just caught this thread, very nice!

try taking cuttings instead of transplanting, you dont want to damage the plant... take cuttings from the smelliest plants around (maybe some will be showing male/female preflowers?)...

you can learn how to take cuttings inthe grow faq. doesnt matter if you get a few wrong by the looks of things...

It's funny how you get used to stuff and take it for granted.

There was once A LOT of hash in the US in the 70's-80's..but at least in my circle, the supplies have dried up severely for the last 20 years or so. It wasn't until I started growing and sifting kif and making bho that I again got a taste of the stuff. Lotsa weed here...so much that I almost gag some days that I'm smoking MORE...

When we went to A-Dam last year we smoked mostly hash. The weed was..nyahhh..so-so...nothing special for sure. If you grow in the US with seeds/genetics from this side of the pond, you have better pot than the Dutch have...especially on the coffeeshop level/what is sold to the tourists.

The hash though...is a different story. Lotsa variety..and cheap. Yum. It seems most Europeans are the same way as you...they don't wanna smoke it and would rather smoke tobacco and weed mixed. I was roilling joints of pot and black hash and I couldn't get ANY of em to take a hit of it. LOL. Lightweights.

I hope this plays out for you bhangi and you get some buds...but man..if I had access to hash all the time I'd scrap this grow so fast it'd make yer head spin!

The only way to force flowering outside is to block the light to the plant for 12 hours each day. This can be almost impossible if you have a life or a job or a family. If you can put the time into it, go for it. Once daylight hits 12 hours again you are done!

I'll agree with that. Since it grows wild you don't have people putting all sorts of stuff into it. I kinda prefer the au naturale taste, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get your plant to survive.

ya but dude no matter what car i preferred, if i had free access to any car i would take it man. just like free hash. plus if you made it yourself, then you would know what was in it. hash is real hard to get around here, id fuckin kill a man for free hash.

thats some crazy shit though... but yea, heavily pollinated bitches = craaaazy headache. it would be cool to clone some till found a female then take the big mother to a place isolated from males and plopped in good soil/nutes etc. kinda sounds fucked because it probably is cuz im high as a fuckin kite right now

I'll agree...and disagree. Here's why...

Weed is "pure" if you grow it yourself. If it's grown by someone else/elsewhere...how is it any different than hash? You have no idea what has been SPRAYED on the weed while it was growing...especially if it comes from a Third World country.

anyone remember Paraquat? Now that made some pure weed there....NOT.
