Growing seeds better than before

I just want to know, If you get some seeds from some mid grade stuff, can you grow better weed than what it was before?
 
it depends man , if the bud u smoked was off a wild plant then yeah it could be better.or if it wasnt grown to its full potential then yeah. your only gonna get what u can off the plant.some strains are stonger and weaker.
