Growing Security *advice, please*

I am currently growing with The Dark Room Grow Room by Secret Jardin (Model_Dark Room DR120 - 3'11" x 3'11" x 6'7"), a 6" Vortex exhuast running on top through the pre-made hole, and a 600w HPS Adjust-A-Wing. I currently have 8 plants and the grow tent is in the corner about a foot from either side of the railing.

My security concern is that I live on the 3rd floor of apartment complex in So Cal and have placed my setup on my bedroom's personal balcony with measurements of 5' x 6' x 7'5" The balcony is very private as it has tall trees only 5 feet in front of it and faces the back storage lot of a huge car dealership. The only neighbors that could see it are the college girls next door but, they would have to lean over their balcony railing. They hardly go on the balcony nor have guests. You could literally do the nasty on this balcony and not attract attention.

My main concern is the heat being ejected through the vortex exhaust. It only shoots up about 6" before hitting the roof, in which the hot exhaust eair would travel one of two ways several feet to exit to open air.

Am I being paranoid or do I have something to worry about?

I would keep that inside bro,i have the same tent and it looks like a wardrobe closet,so no worries.Put your fan in the sleeves along bottom/top either will work and the air will b sucked out,good luck

Basically it is on the 3rd story facing nothing blatantly staring at and not at threat from neighbor's view. The only way I see it causing a problem is if somebody stared at it and said, "holy crap, that is a grow tent way the F up there in the corner on the 3rd story." Or thermal imaging.

you'd be much safer with that thing inside than on your balcony.

your greatest concern should be the odor produced and loose lips, primarily your own or your roomates. so hush is the word and invest in some odor control after you have moved that thing into the safety of your own home. and change the locks without asking the landlords permission. and have no visitors or guests.

yea its just one of those things where u decide whether u can live the whole grow op with the possibility of someone actually lookin up there and getting suspicious..if u feel u can then do it..personally when it comes to the matter of security i like to avoid all the small chances cuz summin like that cld end up gettin yo ass in jail..no1 on here can really tell u that u r fine because u r the only one that really knows the details and proximity to neighbors etc

really i would put it inside which due to the weather in socal ur might have already moved it but safest would be inside
