growing one or 2 auto at most witch w for my hps

k i will grow at most 2 plant with mh hps but i don't wanna do overkill i just wanna know what the best watt to get the most out of it thx
 
I'm about to harvest 10 autos under a 600w hps and I'm under doin it with the wattage, for 1 or 2 plants I would say 150w hps from start to finnish would be fine, only thing you need to keep an eye on is the temperature since hps are notorious for large amounts of heat build up especially in small grow room/tents
 
shouldn't i go with at least a 400w or 600w dimmable in case i get the love for it and go from 2 too 4 in a few month
 
really all you need is 100w a plant
that is what i would consider minimum
honestly with the foot print of even a 250w hps you could probably grow 4 on a scrog
if its just 2 plants you could go with like 400 w of mixed spectrum cfls
or maybe induction lamps i found a cheap one on ebay 250w if i remember right ill look for it
its just the bulb and ballast but its a mogul base so almost any vertical cone hood would work for it
