Man, if your going organic there are plenty of people that can help you out in this forum....
here is a few base rules for organic gardening..
1 get certified organic veg and bloom ferts.. they usually have a fairly low NPK compared to Chemical ones...
2 Pack your soil with guano high in Phosphor... It will be your best friend in this organic journey...
3 Learn the art of making organic tea's... GUano tea is an awsome bloom enhancer.. it brings out all the flavor and weight your plant can deliver... If you have compost going, read a little bit about compost tea, it can also work wonders...
4 Molasses is also a Great help too... it has a whole lot of micro nutrients that standard bloom and veg ferts. dont have much of....
and seen as its pretty much all sugar, it will bring up your harvest weight.. some people like to make guano and molasses tea together.. but it conserve that long... so you need to use it up fairly quick...
5 Make sure your Soil is Organic certified also.
6 NEEM OIL, instead of waiting to have problems with pests and bugs , spray your plants with neem oil every 4-5 days... if you get gnats or any soil contaminants u can use it as a soil drench too... just add it to your watering solution..
7 Organic growers tend to feel a connection with their plant, so try and not prune too much, bending, low stress training, and supercropping are all very very good alternatives to pruning.... :)
8 dont forget to flush atleast 10 days before harvesting, with CLEAR water, and Nothing else.... no enzyms like some people like using, and no flushing agent..... they all modify taste..

Most of all you neeed to grow with your heart... and let it guide you`

There ya go... I hope this will help you a little bit...:)

Take it easy and good growin!!
