growing in a closet

i'm going to be growing one plant. i haven't decided the strain yet, but it'll be indica dominant.

i was thinking about getting a box (or a fairly large laundry basket) to grow in. i'm not sure if it'll be big enough... but i can't grow directly in the closet.

any creative ideas regarding what i should grow in? i would prefer growing in a box, but a cardboard box seems a bit too cheapy & it could catch on fire too easily. i was thinking a laundry basket because it seems like the plants could grow taller & i'd have enough room to fit a small light & fan in there.

i don't know how to build anything & i don't have access to ply wood, otherwise i would make something cool out of that.

help me please?

You can grow in a closet if it is properly ventilated. You just need to watch the temps. What kind of lights are you going to use?

If you're handy with some tools, you can build your own grow box. Plan a spot in the corner of your room and figure out what size you want to make. Head over to Home Depot, pick the wood, have them cut the pieces for you to your specs. And it's cheap. Head over there so you can get an idea of pricing for wood and the cuts like this..

If you've got a bit of extra money, you can head over to Ikea to buy one of those standalone closets like this guy. Epic!
