Growing from Seed help

Hey ROI im not new to growing but new to growing with seeds, im wondering should i use cfls to get the plant started and veg for awhile or just go 12/12 from when it sprouts i will be workiing with deadhead og or tahoe og from cali connection. thanks

some killer strains their to bad my beans never sprouted....but Del6666 can tell u everything u need to know look for the 12/12 from seed thread in the forum he is a fucking beast
