Alright so the box I have is roughly L-24"x W-18"x H-64". I intend to grow for my own personal consumption. Right now I'm trying to decide whether or not to separate the box into a veg room and a flower room. The veg room would be on top, and it would be about 24" -6" for lights and -6" for pots = 12" plants. The flower room would be about 40" - 6" for lights - 10" for pots = 24" plants. With this setup I'd like to keep 1-2 plants in flower and 1-2 plants in veg all the time.
Because of the small box and the amount I want to smoke I feel like splitting the box into veg/flower will work best. I'll be going with roughly 100 watts CFL for veg and 160 watts CFL for flower. (6500k veg 2700k flower). In total the system will be running on roughly 300 watts or $15-$20/month.
I'll likely have 2x computer exhaust fans attached to homemade carbon filters as well as 2x intake holes. I'll also have a couple 6" fans inside the box. So what I'm wondering is with this type of setup how much can I expect to yield? Now I know its a broad ass spectrum but give me a minimum and a maximum. Either way the total cost of the unit will be around $250 after buying everything. Where I live its $360 for a zip of dank so the box will hopefully pay for itself after 1 harvest.
