Grow Unit Advice

I'm looking to purchase an indoor hydroponic grow unit that requires the least amount of maintenance/attention. My budget is $750 tops. I grew one plant outdoors last year which yielded about 6 months of smoke. I have three plants this year, but they are not looking that great. I'd like a simple indoor system to enable year round smoke but have little time to research all the numerous issues associated with growing indoors. I also do not have a lot of time to maintain the unit. I've spent an hour or so looking at a few units. homegrown-hydroponics.com seem to have decent units, but I dont have the time to analayze all the variables (light, fan, etc.) that I typically would do when making a purchase. Does anyone have any recommendations on decent quality low maintenance units?
