PROPHET FARMS GROW TENT KIT GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on 09-30-2024 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on 11-15-2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Europe who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Prophet Farms, and their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry:
- Method 1: Purchase a raffle ticket from Prophet Farms on GalaBid.
- Method 2: Option 2: You may register for a free account on Discord https://discord.gg/Z9YfDxGZy9 and earn additional entries to win by (i) mailing one 3” x 5” index card containing your legal name, mailing address, date of birth and email address to Prophet Farms. Index card MUST indicate you are entering for the “Grow Tent Kit Giveaway September 2024”. INDEX CARD MUST BE HANDWRITTEN. MECHANICALLY REPRODUCED INDEX CARDSWILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Upon receipt and processing of the index card, you will receive 2 entries in the sweepstakes. You may send in up to a total of one (1) index cards each Sweepstakes Period for a maximum of 2 free entries via the index card method per Sweepstakes Period. You may also receive 2 free entries for sharing this sweepstakes on Facebook or instagram. Please tag @Prophet_Farms in a story or feed post and write “Check out Prophet Farms GROW TENT KIT GIVEAWAY! Link in Prophets bio! I just earned 2 entries to win”. You may do this FIVE (5) times during the sweepstakes period to earn a maximum of 10 entries through this method. In order to claim your entries via this method, please take a screenshot of your Facebook story or feed posts with the appropriate tag and caption listed in each one as described in the previous sentence, print out the screenshot and attach to a 3x5 index card. Title the card “GROW TENT KIT GIVEAWAY #1.” mail to: PROPHET FARMS. Please include your legal name, mailing address, date of birth and email address. All Cards Must Be Hand Written! Those who utilize the free methods of entries may receive up to a total of 12 free entries per Sweepstakes Period. PROPHET FARMS is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mutilated or postage-due Free Registrations or other mail. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and no entry will be acknowledged or returned. Share the designated post on Facebook or Instagram and tag two (2) friends.
The maximum number of entries per participant is [20] for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
4. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Grow Tent Kit (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $[1300]. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on then END DATE or WITHIN 24 HOURS of content ending from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by EMAIL and Discord within 2 days of the drawing. Prize must be claimed within 10 days or the winner will be re rolled.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
8. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of [State] or the appropriate State Court located in [County, State]; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
9. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
