grow tent DR60 lighing help

i have 10 BC purple kush in a DR 60 grow tent theyhavebeen veging for 3-4weeks and i have had them under close to 300 real watts of cfl but noowi want to flip them to12]12 andiwas thinking about a new light set up for flowering i was thinking a 250 w hps do to heat but i want to know what is the diference between the 250 and 400 and any recomendations for this tent set up

I have a dr80 with a 400watt hps, with no air cooling other than my exist. So if you were to get a 400watter with a cool tube, that would probably work.

HTGsupply.com I just bought a 600w hps with dig ballast cool tube with reflector for $280 including shipping...

A Cool Tube is a hood/reflector that uses a glass cylinder to surround the bulb, allowing you to vent away most of the heat from your bulb. You can then place the light closer to your plants. Here's what it looks like:

Your tent is only recommended for 250 watts and that place only sells 400 and above so you might have to just go to a hydro store. Also when I was in there last month, they had a few smaller digital ballast but I never asked about them. Shoot me a PM if they don't work for you, I might know of someone selling a 400 watt.

i have been trying to get solid info on the tent and cant fined any but i heard it was only rcomended for 250
i want to max the lights out so what would happen if u used a 400 how can i vent the heat ie is it safe???

what is the oppinion for flowering with over 300w of CFL ?
i just put them in to 2 gallon pots and are dooing good just flipped them

any one know where i can get tigger bloom from fox farm in van ???
