Grow tent advice please

I am finishing my first indoor grow of some bagseeds and things are looking good. I am doing this in my closet with some cfl's but I want something a little more serious. I have decided to get a 4x4 grow tent and need help figuring out the proper lighting, ventilation, and air filtration to use. I would like to keep things cheap as possible but I dont want to attempt DIY right now. I will be growing in soil and growing some good fem genetics (leaning toward LSD right now) any suggestions?

Should I use 400 watt or 600 watt hps? how many cfm fan do I need? Do I need to use a cool tube?

I found a 400 watt air cooled hps with bulb and ballast hanger and air cooled hood for about 230 with shipping it is 300 for the 600 watt. Is that a good deal

Get a 600 wat hps, 6 inch can fan and a can 33 filter

I saw an air cooled hood w/ 600 watt ballast and bulb for 289 delivered on ebay a couple days ago. I usually see the best deals on there.
