Grow room

Hi guys.
I have just finished building my veg room and flowering room (two separate rooms) and was wondering what size fans (intake & outtake) I would need for each room.
Vegging room dimensions are 5' wide by 4' long and Flowering room is 10' long by 4' wide.
I am planning on using two 600w HPS lights in my Flowering room for 18 plants (Is that ok?) and a 400w HPS in my vegging room for 9 plants (Is that ok?).
I am going to extract the air through a blocked off rear window (I live on the bottom floor) but not sure of the neighbours with the smell. I have a private garden but it's 20' or so away from a communal garden. I am thinking of planting some strong scented flowers and shrubs at the bottom of my window to hopefully disguise the smell.
Please advise.:leaf:

use a carbon filter and buy 265 cfm squirl i dont know how to spell ... but any ways just build a carbon filter yourself im sure you can think of a way to do. 2 600 watts is plenty but just keep in mind the general rule if 2500 lumens per plant. dont try to hide the smell just get rid of it.

I put 9 plants under each of my lights max - 400 and 600. You'll need the room in flower. As for smell - no way in hell you're gonna disguise it. Better invest in a good can filter asap. Do you have air cooled hoods for those lights? If not it's gonna get too hot in rooms that size, even with good ventillation. 250cfm fans would be enough just for intake and exhaust.
