grow room ventilation

would it be possible to air cool a batwing reflector? with aluminum tape or something? i planned on getting this:


and want to air cool it
if i dont my room will be to hot to run a 400W, do you think i can attach ducting to it and stick an inline fan in that ducting?
heres my grow space. the light will be in the middle under the plywood, and i want to run the exhaust on the right side of the room( the ducting) with a 4" fan 80cfm inbetween the plywood and the door frame.

i plan on using the 8" fan u see sitting on top of plywood to blow air on lights
i plan on mounting it upside down facing the light on the left side of the grow room, nearest the door

another question would it be best to attach an elbow duct to the light directly and cut a hole in the top of the plywood and stick the inline fan in that? less space for the air to move in = more suction, or would it be easier to just get the ducting and run it only 2'...im not good with saws and cutting perfect circles
