Grow room tempature control

Ok so ive moved recently which means new grow room. what i have to work with is a single room with a closet. the room itself has ceiling fan i have one high 24/7 trying to get the air moving around the room. for the closet, i have a fan pulling (its on the other side of the ceiling wall) air into the space upstairs. theres 8 lights with over 200W shining on two seedlings. for intake i have one closet side door slightly opened with shop fan blowing on high into the bottom of the closet. theres a dresser in there for the shorter plants (incase that has something to do with anything) i have a regular fan blowing on the lights itself plus a little breeze on the seedlings to get the stem strong. now with the extra fan blowing on the lights i can acutally go and touch the bulbs without it being really hot but my temps are still getting 80-85 with lights on. i can pull up a link to the outtake fan i have so you know what the cfm is. also the shop fan. what i need to know is how can i keep the temps around 5 degrees cooler? right now im having the A/C for the whole house at 66 (which is something i DONT want) but until winter i need to get temps a little cooler. i dont really want to spend money so as cheap as possible if you have anything to say. all help is appreciated!

Do you plan on growing soil or hydro? If soil, set the house ac higher and have adequate air movement and you're fine. From experience, soil plants are much more tough against temperature than hydros. If hydro, if your water is cooled down, your plants will be fine. If you are looking to save money while using hydro, get like 6 2lt bottles filled up with water. Freeze them and alternate 3 bottles in your res every day.

Soil and im having trouble setting up my fans should i keep it how it is or try making an intake whole in the door and setup some ducting from the fan into the room and have the closet doors shut

*Scrath what i said^^^* When you said soil plants are more tough to temp are you saying it wouldn't be a problem with around 80+ degrees? i think im set on the air movement with what i have now plus i just thru a little fan over the vent in that room so i got that air hitting the ceiling fan, that whole room has air movement. im gonna check it in about 45 min. temps right now are 76degrees 36 humid AC is on.
BTW with ac on auto (around 73ish degrees) temps get to around 83ish but i can still touch the lights without them being hot. would that be ok temp thru flower?
