hi this is my set up

6x duel cool tubes (2 600w bulbs per cool tube)
3x rvk L2 fans 950m3
1x rvk 1000m3
1x acustic box fan 1500m3
1x air conditoner
1x 24 pot iws flood and drain system
1x unis co2 control and full set up
4x pedistal ocilating fans
1x fan speed controler with thermostat
1x carbon filter

i have the cool tubes set up so they draw air from a walk in closet
with the 3 rvk L2 pulling air over the bulbs

the 1500m3 fan pushing air in to the room
the 1000m3 rvk fan pull air out of the room threw the carbon filter and the air conditier with the exhust going out of the room
the ocilating fans are all ceiling mounted

the thing is i cant keep the heat down its get to 33/95

any ideas what iv got wrong

Ok, what is the temp of the walk in closet that air is getting pulled from?

You need to switch your fans around so that the 1500 is exhausting. If the oscillating fans are on the ceiling, are they blowing down? You want the fans blowing up so they blow the hot air to the ceiling, where your exhaust fan needs to be.

Intake needs to blow into the bottom of the room, exhaust needs to be sucking out at the top of the room.

If you could draw up a quick picture of what your system looks like that would be a big help; just a quick sketch.

Might I suggest a better drawing to show us what your grow room is setup like, or maybe even a picture, not trying to be a smart ass, I'm just having trouble visualizing what you've drawn there...

Ok, yeah you want your oscillating fans blowing upward to help get the heat off the plants, not onto them. Intake on bottom is good, exhaust on top is good. Temp of closet?

dont no temp of closet was thinking of stiking an air con in there and putting some more vents in the closet

Pictures are fine man; if I'm reading it correctly you have 6x 600W bulbs, so 3600W. Setup looks really good and shouldnt have those heat issues if you have cold air in that closet you're pulling from. You might try insulated ducting as well.

The closet is where you need the cold air man; the colder the air you can get over the cool tubes the better. They dont work as well if you have warmer air sucking over the bulbs. I highly suggest getting a thermometer and sticking it there; they cost like $5.

erm no there duel cool tubes 12 600w bulbs altogheter 2 bulbs per tube 7200watts intotal
so would be a good idea to put my spare air con in the closet and run the air con as cold as possible

been talking to some1 else in another forum and they think it might be my intake and out take causeing pressure problems

make a hole in the closet if you can and draw air from outside into the closet. If that is not possible pump CO2 in the room.

got a hole in the closet already
and have the co2 set up just wanna try get the temp stable at 28 degrees before i start

think this is what im gonna do
is switch my outtake fan to a 1500m3 acustic fan and put my spare air con in my closet and if that dont work im just gonna give up or try and drop it to 8x 600watts instead of 12x 600watts

Well I said in my first post to switch your intake fan with your exhaust; you need more exhaust CFM than intake CFM if you want a negative pressure. And yes, the cooler the air running through the cooltubes, the cooler your grow room will be.

Running that many watts in a space that size its no wonder it's so hot, sounds like your serious and have a lot invested so might I suggest a chiller for the cooltubes to get the temps down, expensive but if you've got that much invested already then what's another grand to make it all work just right? How big is the AC you have in there?

Before you invest more $$ into a cooler, lets see how the AC does. It should work just fine since the distance the air is traveling is quite short.
