The space you're growing in is 1 1/3' L x 1'W x 1 1/3' ? You're going to have problems getting anything out of it. After considering the height and size of the container you're going to use, you won't have any room left. Even if you used the smallest container you could find and plumb yourself, it wouldn't be worth it. I've tried the whole stealth thing in a computer case years ago, and it didn't work out.
I took some time to do some more planning and I decided to go more expensive, more bang for your buck I suppose.
But anyways, sorry, you're asking how many cfl's you'd need in a... let's just assume a bigger space, 3 sq. ft for example.You need about 5k lumens a square foot for optimal growth, so in a 3 sq foot space, that's a 15k lumen requirement.
