grow room set up

This is my first grow. I plan on purchasing a t5 light. It's an 8 light quantum badboy. It's 2ft x 4ft. I'm just wondering if a 4 x 4ft room would be too big? Should I make it 2 x 4ft? Any help would be great. Thanks!

make your room 3x5 this way you have a ft on each side, if you can make a bigger room go for it. a nice big room is easier to work with. if you want close sides for reflection purposes build a cardboard reflector that will wrap around the plants when your not in there and can be easily removes when you need to move things around and work.
