Ok i have to areas that are going to be used for grow rooms. One for flowering and one for vegatation. The dimensions are 5ft by 2ft and the height is 6ft. The two grow boxes are the same. Im planing on having mabey 15 plants in each one. Now for the help what kind of lights should i have in each one. I was thinking on buying this for the veg. box High Tech Garden Supply. Will this be ok or will i need more watts or what. And what should i get for the flowering sttage.

6 foot ceiling is not too high. the plants will be 3 to 4 feet plus they will be off the floor a foot or so plus the light is going to have to be a distance.
1000 watter will cover a 4x5 area 600 watter 3x3 or so. That is to give you an idea.

Yes if your space is going to that large. 6 foot ceiling maybe a problem. The light will be about 2 feet above the garden.

I think a 400 would be fine, but a 600 would serve you better especially for the 15 plants you want in each side. 400 MH veggin will do 15 plants, but 400 HPS may be a lil short for 15 flowering plants. I have a 4x2x6 grow space, very similar to yours, and I have five plants in that area all about 3 ft tall, and I think that's packed, couldn't imagine 10 in that space let alone 15. And keep in mind things like fans, filters, ducting all take up valuable space. So you have two 5x2 spaces? Keep in mind that if you do choose a 600 you will definitely need to figure your ventilation out, the 400 hasn't been so bad as far as heat in my experience, but I do grow in a closet and have the luxury of opening the door whenever.

it can be done i don't know how much of a difference it will impact vs mh for vegging, but yes u could use it,although it is ment for flowering because of the spectrum and intensity puts out the flowering plants love it

Well, I use the MH for veg, and the HPS for flower. However, some people prefer the HPS for the whole run, which has it's ups, but it's a personal preference, the HPS does run a bit hotter. But you can do it.
