Grow room help

So this is my first grow journal, I got halfway through one so far but had to end it because of unpredictable circumstances. So this is the beginning of attempt number two.

So I have a space to fill that's 5 feet high, 4 feet by 4 feet floorspace to fill. At my disposal I have a 2 4 foot t8's, and a few two footers and one footers. I also have a 400 watt HPS and reflector. I have water pumps, air pumps and veg. hydroponic nutes.

Can you help me put together something with an extra 200 dollars to spend? I'm trying to go with hydroponics, maybe DWC, Ebb and Flow, or Drip. I also can make a good DIY charcoal filter.
Any help or ideas will help

how much are you wanting to get every harvest?

Anywhere from a quarter pound to a pound every 4 months. Nothing huge, just free personal smoke.

imo i would go with one of the DIY aeroponic systems in the section of this website. you could keep a couple mothers in soil and keep a few cloners going and have some primo bud and i'm just estimating here but probably a qp every 8-10 weeks, so you could adjust acordingly

So would you suggest a 400 watt HPS or CFL's for lighting?

use the 400 if you have one already. are you planning on having a veg room as well?

Yup, I will be, I'm going to probably go with CFL's, I don't think I'd be able to use a good enough exaust for the HPS, especially considering it will probably be 3 and 1/2 feet talk after the veg room
