Grow room height issues

Hi all. I have just set a new area up and i am rather ltd in space it is 90cm by 80cm by 150cm what do people surguest is best way to produce shorter more stocky plants do wide shallow pots help this as i am worried that my plants will grow to tall and get burnt as using 400w sunmaster bulb. I know it could do with being taller but i simply have not got space any adicve be very much appreciated? How many plants would people try to grow in this area?

LST and supercrop to control heigth. Indica plants.. Scrog folks could help you too.

im pretty limited to space myself and sought out the same question. Check out my Grape Ape, straight LST since day 1. Like Coho said also scrog em. I literally took a little break from setting mine up right now.

Ok i have looked into lst growing can anyone tell me how much longer it takes to grow a plant this way as people do not mention delays caused by growing like this? Yes i thought supercropping is going to be needed.

lets see....if i hadn't LST my GA it would be close to 3 ft in height from top of soil, now its still under 1 ft! Getting close though lol, but rather than having the one cola, all the side branches will turn into solid colas. Counted 14 tops and i havent began to scrog yet. So then give it a couple of days to adjust once you pull her down, than the branches will position themselves in time to shoot up. How much vertical space are you working with?

just top them, once or even twice. stops them gaining height, all you need is finger nails or scissors. im too fuckin lazy for sog, scrog or lst! doesnt add much time onto the grow maybe shocks them for a day or two. btw get your strain checked first, some dont like certain methods. if your gonna top do it about a week or two before you flip to flower.

LST is a good idea. If you are still in veg you can top.

Ok if i top them a week or two before going to flower how much should i expect them to strech when i go into flower? i working with when my light is hung from bulb to floor is 4 foot 8 so ltd but not that little, I also would like to do silver chesse i know not ideal as its 75% sativa so i am persuming from my ltd knowledge it is going to want to be taller.
