Grow room camera?

So im looking to get a decent camera for grow journals- price range is 100-225- any suggestions? I have ideas, but would love to hear advice and others experiences if possible.

Im pretty sure the cannon rebel t3i is about $400 over his price range. Honestly in my opinion is if you have a newer smart phone just look into lens options for your phone. You will be able to find cameras in that price range, but screw it. See if you can find a nice lens addition to your camera. If you have an iPhone 4s/5 then check out the olloclip, then buy a sack and have a blast!

hence why i said if you CAN , meaning if you can save up more its worth it

rather just get the Samsung Galaxy Camera GC100 16.1mp, Samsung Galaxy S4 zoom 16mp or sonys xperia v or z 13.1mp.. as dmcannabis has said iphones also have decent cameras.. i have the gc100 and its awesome considering its camera and phone functions... just make sure to get a bigger micro card or get a bigger onboard eg 16gigs or 32...


on ebay right now is an ipohone 5 new factory unlocked bid sitting at 31us dollars (10 bids) ......................link ..................

Ya nothing says come rob me like a 24 hr video feed of a grow op....just make sure you're not silly enough to include Wi-Fi ;)

Garage sales, uncle/aunts someone should have a camera you can use and most of the phone cameras come with GPS tagging and tracking so make sure to turn those off before any pics.

There are programs that allow you to access security cams via your phone, I just don't know enough about it to say which ones would be better then the others.

lol talking about cams, want to talk about spoiled. one of my buddies has hydro going. all timers on every thing. he looks into his phone into a cam . zooms inn on a plant and goes ok they look good this week. the water changes it self ! and the nutes mixes into the water automatically , he only has to go into his room once every few months, yes even the lights are moved by remote fucking crazy lazy farmer

lazy???? where you there with your buddy busting ass when he didnt have it automated???? something like that doesnt come from not busting your ass to get it there. rolling water tanks,ph water, timing lights, working in w/e conditions worse because its indoors, having to go threw plants and fix everything. yeah automated is worth the cost when you've worked enough.
