Grow more/Mendocino 20-20-20

I'm considering using this for my Veg outdoor grow. I see the 25lb Grow More general purpose 20-20-20 is nearly half the price of the Grow More Mendocino 20-20-20 indoor/outdoor. Do we know if there's a difference in these two or if so, what it is? Thanks!!

After looking at the 2 labels on the 20-20-20.

The general purpose appears to be lower quality. Contains lots of urea type nitrogen.

The mendocino is higher quality.
