You should have a bit more bud developement but it could just be the strain.

Have you checked for all light leaks?

She looks healthy though

how many watts of light are you useing?
and yes check for light leaks, 12/dark need to be 100% dark

ye i live in cali and i have those gay sliding door closets, any ideas on how i could cheaply lightproof it ? also im using 5 26w 2700k cfls. I had 6 dank seeds and this was the 1st one germed, first female, first grow, which was rad, thanks cheef.

I'd add a few more CFL's and use ducttape to try to take down those light leaks. either tape up the outside during 12/dark or try to tape some to the edges on the inside so they'd overlap the frame and hopefully cut down the light leaking in. And like downonwax said, some strains take forever to get going.
