Grow Lights - Lumens/Kelvins/Spectrum/watts

Hi lets get straight to it.

Red and Blue Spectrums? which is for Veg and Which is For Flower?

Watts and Lumens?
How many watts do i need per square foot or per Plant
How Many Lumens do i need per square foot or per plant?

Kelvins?

I currentley am using a single 150w Mh Lamp in the red spectrum for flowering 3 clones??? what kind of yield and quality can i expect i also have a cool blue spectrum Mh Lamp aswell. would it be better to use both together or use 1 for veg and 1 for flowering?

Pls help im going into week 3 flowering and am not sure if im doing it right!!

but mostly its talking on a larger scale there. my grow rooms less than 1metre tall and less than half metre wide and deep. i was hoping to find a way to calculate how many lumens and watts i need per plant AND per sqare foot / metre.

Also whats best for flowering Red or Blue spectrums????

red spectrum is ideal for flowering but to have a better result u can add both spectrum to have a full spectrum for flowering.I usually go for 50-75 watts a sq ft.I have a 400 hps in a 33.5x33.5x58 and my plants seem to love it.as long as heat is undrcontrol you wont have no problems.

Thanks Wyteberrywidow. How does the amount of plants in the space affect the watts per square foot. am i over crowding my grow space, if so what are the consequences of this ? smaler yield perhaps?
