Grow light wattage question

I just recently purchased an older model of Spider Farmer SF1000 and am having an issue setting it up to the right wattage.
Left one is a clone, and it looks like the leaves are browning for some reason...
It was heat shocked outside one day, so I brought it in, bought a grow light, and set it up for her. Still not looking any better after 12 hours or so under the grow light.
It was set at about 50% to test it out, and now I turned it up to 100% a few minutes ago.
This particular light doesn't have any indication of what wattage it's on after turning the dial, so it's tricky for a newbie like myself to use..

Might want to give them time for acclamation to new environment and only give water that has been PHed

Don’t worry about the wattage your doing great. Plants look spot on. You can crank it all the way up just keep the distance appropriate. Not to close . Never more than 16 inches IMO. Smaller the plant dimmer you can have it. Look and analyze. Use your intuition a little. It’s not rocket science. Good luck!

If your really concerned about how many "watts" your throwing at your plants, just get a Kill-A-Watt meter, inexpensive and easy to use. After 5 minutes, you'll know what wattage your pulling at all settings on your dimmer.
