Grow light glasses

Ive got 10 1000 watters going. Ive noticed that im getting headaches more often lately. My eyes are having a harder time adjusting when i come out of the room. Is it possible that over long term ive done some damage to my eyes? Should i buy some glasses to put on when i go in there when the lights are on? Is there any out there that would be good for what im doing without obstrucking my vision from spotting any small issues ( mites etc ) Anyone else ever have any issues with their eyes and the lights?

Dude, u r getting UV radiation in your eyes, and should AT LEAST be wearing yer shades when you are working in there with lights on... Ive almost fucked my eyes up before, and have seen a green hue for like two days before it went away... The MH and HPS lighty will for sure damage, if not take away your vision, if you are subjected to it for long enough periods of time, over the course of time... They do make some awesome, and pricey, grow glasses, but if you wear transitions lenses on your glasses, or have some good shades, that should do ok... And try not to look directly at them, even with the proper ppe...

Cutting torch glasses are cheap

There ya go.... Just wear a welder's helmet/face shield... That'll for sure protect yer eyes...lol... but seriously, if thatz all ya have, it'd work, fo sho...
