Grow light around 180$

Hey,
so after my not so great grow with V300, I am looking for decent flower light around 180$, I already read trough some threads, and most people recommend buying from Alibaba. There I found QB from Kingbrite, but then a realized that thing about VAT and after some calculation it is not as cheap as I thought. Could you maybe recommend good alt to this one, or even better, which is sold in Europe and ships to Czechia? I wanna avoid doing those VAT fees mainly because you have to fill some documents about the package, and I am kinda scared, cause growing is not legal here.

Me too. I just grabbed the quickest link to something that is in his price range but he is definitely not looking for.

Yeah, I don't think I would be even able to use all that power those things deliver, besides my grow room is hot enough even without those monsters, but thanks! Btw what do you guys think about something like this? high quality QBS 120W 240W Led Grow Light Board Full Spectrum 302H 3000K 5000K Red IR UV full spectrum DIY|LED Grow Lights| - AliExpress Rn I am deciding between this and TS 1000 from Marshydro, but looking at that spectrum, isn't the one I posted better, when it has more red, judging by the pic?
