Grow in small bathroom

Hi everybody! I recently moved to a new apartment, just me and my brother, so we're starting our first grow, although we live alone we'd like to keep it as stealthy as possible.
I've already done some good research but I still have some doubts setting it up.
I'm doing it inside my small spare bathroom, I want to have 2 different areas, one for flowering, other for clones and babies.
I've uploaded some pics and a quick sketchup

I'm open for suggestions, but I thought using the green area(sketchup) for flowering and a box above the sink for veg
Some questions,
1- Since I can't have light on flowering dark hours, should I cover it or cover veg so it dont go to flower, or maybe both?
2- Ventilation, I have this hole above the door, will it work if I put tubes and coolers to take in/out air from there?
3- How I said I want it to be as stealthy as possible, is there any way to cover this hole from outside so people can't see the coolers? Maybe a fake frame with a thin screen?
4- How many plants can I put in flower and veg areas? I was thinking maybe do some bonsais for mothers to keet it smaller
5- Last one, my older idea was having the veg area above the flowering, as it is the biggest usable area in the bathrrom, but that would limit the flowering plant height right? but is it still a good/better idea?

Yes, you could potentially use that as a grow room. That "hatch" above the door could be used for your airflow, but you may have a problem with stealth. You may be able to visibly hide it, but moving air makes a lot of sound. And you need to filter the smell so if you use a charcoal filter/fan combo, you need a good fan to be able to draw air through the filter.

You will have obstacles to overcome. Personally I would just use that space for flowering and keep clones/seedlings elsewhere. And what about the property, do you own, or rent? What are your limitations with construction on the property? You don't want your land lord flipping out because you put holes all over the bathroom lol.

And what about electrical? There's a lot of items that need to be plugged in, and it has to be done safely. You don't want to keep tripping your breakers. What kind of lights do you plan on using?

Keep reading these forums, there's a lot of good info out there. Do your best to plan it, THEN grow it.

Yeah, I'll use a carbon filter with fan, I'm not sure yet how 'potent' my fan should be but best options i found was a Thermaltake with 78CFM/21dBA and another 35/8.
I don't really have another place to move vegetative so I'll have to stick with this idea, I keep wandering if isn't for the best to put a division at about 1.2m from the ground so I have mothers and clones on the ground and and that would leave me about about 1.7m for flowering in this case there would be a 400W or 600W hps on the ceiling.
This apartment in rented but I'll leave probably on in 2~3years so I'll have time to fix everything before giving the ap back
I have lack of energy source in the bathroom but I'll have a eletricician here to overcome this, think using 400hqi and 400hps so I have more space or 600hps if I separate mother and flowering

I'm reading evreyday, and there's many things to worry about, so every help is welcome already trying some soils and germinating some not so good seeds for getting used to
