Grow Cabinet Upgrade with Pics.

Being on a tight budget, I dont have the money to buy a tent and all the pro stuff so I went the Walmart route.

So I bought a storage cabinet, a couple power strips, temp & humidity monitor, activated charcoal, ph test kit, window weather stripping (air and light proof) and the mylar (emergency blanket) from Walshart.

I bought more cfls, splitters, another timer, plug to outlet adapters from Lowes.

I bought the 2 HO PC fans from Radioshack.

The first 2 pics are from my old closet setup. the others are the new set-up.

Bottom is storage, middle is veg and top is flower. I think the top may be too small but we will see when I get there. The veg and flower sections are light proofed from each other and have seperate ventilation so that they each have their own environment.

Comment, questions, criticisms all welcome!

Looks good for walmart products.
But, you know what all of us growers have in common, besides the fact that we all grow?
We all started pretty much where you are right now.
No offense, but your setup looks quite cheezy (we've all been there). It'll work...for now.
But you'll fall in love with the fact that you can finally grow your own, and not have to buy crap ghetto weed anymore.
And also, not have to pay obscene prices for killa.
Then after about 6 months you'll start to figure it all out.
First you'll probably make a bigger grow space to grow more plants.
Then a better light.
Then better ventilation.
Then better nutrient
And Co2, a reverse osmosis system, and ph meters, etc. etc.
Before you know it, you'll be 3 maybe even 4 thousand into it.
Then you'll be where most of are already, growing the dankest bud that anyone has ever seen, on a continuous basis.

My advice, do this grow that your planning on doing.
Then quit...
Growing for most of us was once a hobby.
Now it's a lifestyle...
We'll never quit...
We're more addicted to growing it then enjoying the high.

Right now im just growing out some seeds from a plant I had that went hermie on me, more or less just to test and see if they turn hermie, male or female. I've got some beans on the way from speedy though, and that is what motivated me to try and upgrade the cabinet, got TGA Jack the ripper, g13 haze and thai skunk haze. it will require some training for sure as Im sure they will want to outgrow the cabinet but I am determined to grow some killer smoke in that box. Thanks for the comments.

I never moved on from CFL's. I just upgraded the way I use them. Like I organized the, and all that.
