Grow cabinet design help please.

Hey everyone, I've been reading here for a while but i'm just starting to build my grow cabinet for my first grow and i have a couple questions on design,

The dimensions of my cab are 48"W x 20"D x 72"H* It is divided in two down the middle, one side has adjustable shelves that i would like to use for my mothers, clones and to veg, and the larger half i will use to flower. I was planing to use a 400w for flowering but i just wonder if this would put out too much heat. Anyways any info or ideas would be appreciated, looking forward to getting this built.

I forgot to mention I was hoping to use 23 watt daylight cfls to clone veg and mother, will my vegs and clones need a room separate from the mothers?

i'm going to be doing the same basic setup. any tips would be greatly appreciated from all of you ganja gurus. what's the best use of this space?
