Grow box venting questions -help needed!-

Hi everyone, I will be constructing my autoflower grow box any day now (waiting on my damn financial aid refund from school)

Strains: Easy Ryder & short stuff Onyx

Set-up as follows:
8' high x 3' wide x 2' deep = 42 sq ft
400W HPS
FFOF soil
DIY carbon filter

I plan on seperating the box into 3 sections:

- Top 2' will be for the HPS, and will be divided from the rest of the box by a sheet of glass.

- Middle 4' will be the main grow chamber
(I can just set plants on top of things if I need to adjust distance from light)

- Bottom 2' will be a seedling section with CFL'S
(So I can grow seedlings to a safe height before placing under the HPS)

These are my plans for ventilation:

Light section:
- two 110 CFM PC fans
(One on each side of box, each pointing in same direction)

Grow chamber section:
- one 4'' passive intake hole
(Near bottom of the grow chamber)
- two 110 CFM PC fan for exhaust
(Near top of the grow chamber)

** I know I will also need some form of odor control. What would be the best option for my situation?

Ok now for the questions:

*how many plants could I grow? Would it be better to grow as many plants as I can and keep them small? Or just a few big plants? Remember I'm growing autos.

*will one household outlet be able to handle the HPS, 4 pc fans, and possibly small oscillating fan for circulation?

*how would I incorporate a carbon filter into this setup?

*does my ventilation sound ok? Will it be enough to keep the box cool?

I apologize for the massive speech haha, but I'm trying to get as much information as I can. Thanks in advance!
