Grow box/ Set up PICTURES!!!included with plants. Any suggestions.

I have 4 seedlings that i have on 24 hour lighting. I leave them in my windows sometimes.

Then I have one big plant pretty sure its a male that i have had on 12/12 for about 5 days now.
the soil is a compsot/perlite/sand mixture that my friend made for his plants
I have fertilized once for the big plant and i used MG
my grow box is a plastic storage unite that is 35HX25WX18D lined up with reflexive emergency blanket.

I just want to know what you guys think any suggestions. I am about to add an 85Watt CFL (not in pics) and see if that will help them grow because the big one hasnt move very much since i transfered it to this big black pot. Let me know what you guys think! ANY advice is appreciated.

What are your temps at with this setup? I'm having some troubles with my setup because my fan isn't powerful enough and the temps in the room outside the box are high

That shitty bark mulch soil is going to cause you problems, and by the looks of it already is.

Flatten that mylar out, much more effective.....

Seal up your cabinet, light leaking out means light can leak in when its dark period.
