I purchased a turn-key system and I am now trying to build a DIY for a second. The purchased system has a plate for the intake that does not allow light to exit (and I assume to enter). I have not been able to find anything similar. The closest I found on the forums was an 8 in x 8 in vent for a photo darkroom. A picture is attached. Does anyone have any info.
