anybody ever use roots organic potting soil 10gal bags before, thinking about putting into the ground nxt year .cost is 23 bucks a bag sounds like a good idea any thoughs pros, cons?

$23 for a bag of dirt......not this guy...a shovel and an hours efforts with some sand, lime and peat moss (total under $20 and you can make 25 bags of good soil.

Never heard of it, but the pros would be it's probably good for a newbie, you don't need to know much about soil. Cons are the price... $23 is expensive, especially if you are doing a large grow.

go to a nursery load your truck up and drive off now thats free dirt
