grotek monsterbloom experience?

I'm a few weeks away from harvest and was wondering how I was supposed to use this stuff.
On other links I saw someone say to stop feeding with the GH nutes when u feed.
I thought this was something extra I put in at the end to add blooming.
Any one had any experience?

Monster Bloom is a supplement and should be used as part of a complete fertilizer program.

So, use your base nutrient and add this to it. @ 1 tsp per 5 gallons.
