I switched one of my tents over to Megacrop v3, and I am in love with the stuff. I grow in coco/perlite and feed drain to waste, and I’ve been premixing 20 gallons worth of MC at a time and keeping it in a reservoir with an air stone running through it, which takes me roughly 5 days to feed all of it. It is pretty PH stable, I usually have to give it a tad bit of EJ’s Natural PH up to get the PH to 6.2, and It stays pretty stable there for me. I mix it up by adding the powder to a glass of hot water, then mixing the concentrated solution with the rest of the water in my RO. Never had any issues with food falling out of solution either, and plants love it.
I will say though, I’ve never had to defoliate a plant as much as I’ve had to with the plants that are eating Megacrop, It’s crazy how fast these leaves grow when feeding MC. The leaf in this picture, was taken off a plant that had been topped 2-3 weeks prior, and this leaf was above where the plant had been topped, so it only took 2 weeks, 3 at the most, to grow a leaf this size under QBs.
that being said, I never have more than 12 plants going at once in my current setup, if I was running a 30+ light grow, I would probably opt for a supersoil rather than using bottled/bagged nutrients. Build-a-soil does pallet pricing I believe, then you just feed water instead of having to mix up nutrients for all those plants.
