Greenhouse Tx Winter Grow.

So i finished up enough of my Greenhouse to start using it last night before the freeze. Still needs a lil work ill finish uptoday and i still gotta get a real door on it but it will all be done by the weekend. Heater in place and working great, ill get the light in there soon too. Also its tall enough that its getting more then the 6 hours of light i thought it would so thats a plus.




So heres a few close ups of big girl. As some of you know i left her out in the mid 40s last night to see how purple her buds would get. Some got it pretty damn good!




And a few pics of lil sis she is starting week 3 or 4 of flowering.... i dont even bother counting with this damn Kali mist they crap takes like 6 months. Anyway shes got a few pretty pink hairs, Pink base and white tips.




Also my other seeds will be coming in next week, still not sure which 2 im gonna start others waitin till closer to spring.

I predict a very stony Christmas, and a hammered New Year.

I have a couple greenhouses.

To avoid ridiculous electric bills in the Winter, I use a makeshift table for the plants, with a plastic sheet over it, hanging to the ground. I use a small space heater with a thermostat to keep soil temperatures above 40 degrees.

I have an indoor/outdoor thermometer monitoring The greenhouses. It makes it very simple to see what's going on.

well im pretty sure the 2 days of drastic temp changed got to her before my greenhouse was completed. Ive seen 3 branches that have 1-2 seed pods, so shes inside now for 2-3 days of darkness and harvest. Didnt want any unseen pods to open and pollinate the inside of my greenhouse since i still got 2 babies in there that just started flowering, and more seedling going in soon. Ill get some pics up later tonight of harvest/ hermi porn. lol

Good stuff man. Only one day in the cold and it turns to purple. thats good info to know.

heres a few pics like i said, was all the trimming i had time for today. Plus my shoulder started to hurt pretty bad. There is one other bud also about the same size as the med size ones in the pics but didnt get a pic of it. You can also see the seeds in one pic it had 4 on that bud, and 2 or 3 on other i searched the plant really well after that and only see 1 more branch with 2 or 3 seeds.

i got a few colas curing a lil bit drying still and lots more to trim. Barely had time to yesterday with all the cooking. Magic brownies for breakfast was badass! Went out to check on the greenhouse this morning (we had bad winds and a freeze last night) was all good in there stayed around 70-75 all night. But the damn leaf miners are back and they were BAD i had to trim a bit off of lil sis. Anyway heres a few pics of her still looking good almost to the 3 week mark on flowering. Also one pic of the baby clone and the pile of leaf miner victims i had to trim off.

started 4 more baby girls tonight, only a few smaller buds left to trim on big girl. Sooo damn happy my hand cant take much more trimming lol. Might have a AK48 that made it through the dog attacks(had 3 seedlings that got their heads eaten by the devil dog a few weeks back). There is a sprout coming out of the pot now only protein leafs atm so cant tell fully yet, will get a pic up tomorrow. And heres the 4 i started any info on these strains will be +rep.

These were autos or more cold hardy from the ones i have, so i thought they would be go winter grows.

Welcome to the fun OGpanda! and yes i do worry about the winter a lil bit, but i have a green house with a heater so not too much. Finally got some pics to post took me a lil longer cuz trimming was so damn slow. Its almost all curing now other then a bit of popcorn still drying. anyway here some greenhouse pics (still not complete, weather isnt workin with me) and a lil bit of bud porn, oh and a few pics of lil sis. She is getting all kinds of hairy and budin starting all over think shes on her 3rd week of flowering now, maybe 4th.



the last one is inside i got a wireless temp meter in the greenhouse. think you can see it behind the heater.



The jar is full now and i still got a bit of popcorn to cure too, but thats pretty much it for big sis, she went through so much crap im shocked she still turned out so well. And last but not least lil sis, already showing up her older sis lol.

So I take it that you get your beans from the 'Tude... How is your experience with them?

ya they are pretty damn good. less then 2 weeks to get here, pretty stealthy nice all round.

heres my LED light that will normaly be in my greenhouse, and the seedlings im starting. Bigger sprout is blueberry and smaller one is shaman.

So i couldnt pass up attitudes dec give away thing, it was too badass. And i Ordered a few more (had to get WW and trainwreck) heres the list.
