Green/mold dirt

Is it to late to move to new soil or you think it will it will contaminate new soil?? Never had this happen!! Too much water?? And, I keep the clear cups covered by a styrofoam cup so light doesn’t get to roots!! Thanks!!

Twisty leaves & no holes in the side of that cup suggest that you've got over watered seedlings. Once it dries out that will go away. In the meantime, you may want to move 'em to something with more drainage.
 
clear cups = bad
no or very few drainage holes = bad
poor draining soil = bad

Ive had soil turn a bit green on top before, let the soil dry out more between waterings and add some dry soil to the top layer, it wont spread.
