Green light at night time?

Does any kind of green light go?

I mean.. if my plants are sleeping, but I want to do watering in the flowering room, can I use some kind of light which won't disturb the rhythm of the plants?

why are you watering at light off? good chance for growing mold in your room.

but I do use green light bulbs in my general grow room area. not inside my tents tho. imo, lights out means light out. I don't want to take any chances with my grow.

I water mine at night too. any kind of green light is ok

First reply made me wonder how bad is it really to disturb the plants at night time by turning on the lights for one hour? ... because it has happened to me many times.

I had an entire room (12 plants) hermie on me last run. it was either from a light leak (which I highly doubt, as my 4 other harvests would have hermies also), or its from me using a green light when I was installing my 2 new big kahuna hoods.

I never go in my flower room unless its lights on. I don't take chances any more.

I've used a transparent green film taped over a flashlight but I never point it directly at my plants if possible, just to be safe. I grow outdoors and have had nieghbors porch lights left on all night without having any issues. I did want to shoot the damn light out a few times or say something to them but I thought it would be better not to ruffle any feathers. The nieghbors have been cool so far, so why cause any issues- right?

Green led bulb in a socket up high, green led on my head, is how i roll. Seriously though, green led is supposedly the only "real" green light. No hermie issuse here, and i do allot of work that way. Most our rooms are on at night. I don't sleep so well after working in a lit up room for a few hours.
I used to, back in the day, have a green lens on a flAshlight for emergencies. I made it out of sprite/7up 2 litter bottles. 2/3 thick. I don't remember herm issues then, but i also only used it to periodically check on shit

I used a 13 watt green CFL, entered my room daily during the dark hours and never had a single hermie

Fortunately my plants are feminized.
