Grams per Cubic feet?

Is there like a gram per cubic feet goal to shoot for. I know some goals for watt are likg .5 grams per watt, or like 1 gram per watt, but what about cubic feet. For example would 100gs be feasable in an 8 cubic feet grow box for a beginner using scrog? This is counting root space, and light space too. I will post my paint drawn :eyesmoke: blue prints too.

On a side note, I have 2 pc fans available: Xion RDL 8025 (8cm 12V .2A) and Xion RDL 1225 (12cm 12V .3A). Would these be adequate for my specs?

Some of the highest yeilding strains can yeild 700-750gr/m2, and there are 35.31 cubic feet in a cubic meter, 750gr/35.31=21.24g 700=19.82g. But it all depends on lights, nutes, temps, etc...

I plan on doing a G13 Pineapple Express ScrOG on one side, and an autoflower on the other, either G13 poison dwarf, Joint Doctor Deisel Ryder, or Auto White Russian by lowlife I think.

Does anyone think those will be enough fan. also it will be on berber carpet, should I put shims underneath to allow more airflow with input fan? I may also put a small desk fan inside for more circulation within box.
