I wondered the same thing and so I tried with clones not seedlings about four weeks ago. I took my cuts, one from a kens gdp and the other from a sour patch. I split them near the bottom about two inches in length and dipped in water then straight into root powder heavily then put into a grow plug. It's been a few weeks as I said and the gdp is definitely the dominant one but the sour patch is alive and seemingly well, although it is curled around the base a few times and has a lot of super tiny leaves it only reaches about halfway up to where the gdp does. So far hey seem healthy I will veg them for another three weeks or so then pop into 12/12 then 11/13 . I'll try to remember to post pics by the end of the weekend and I'll keep it updated as to whether the gdp eventually just smothers and kills the smaller sour patch, and whether they exhibit any cross signs in the process of growing and flowering and the end product
