I did alittle research on this but I didnt find a definite answer. So if I take a female(W genetics) and use it as the stock. Then take another female(X genetics)and use it as the scion. Then take a male(y genetics) and use it as another stock and take another male(z genetics) and use it as another scion. Basicall grafting the females together and then grafting the males together. Does the scions take on characteristics of the stock....I mean do their DNA intertwine and creat a hybrid? If so with the method I just suggested couldnt breeding of 4 different strains be achieved much quicker? Not that Im ready to undertake this quite yet but in a couple months Ill be getting ready for next year and I may want to play around. I just want to know if this would be a complete waste of time or there is a slight possibility.
