Got some that wont flower. Pls help !

Hey guys,
I've 2 plants, and i've leaved them 36 hrs in dark before i switched to 12/12 and now just 1 plant (small one) is in flowering time now, and another one (bigger) is not flowering. Tell me what can i do now ? This is pictures:

Small plant (3 days in flowering time)



Bigger plant (not yet flowering)



Please help me. I'm newbie, and sorry for bad english.

lol, patience man, you got like 2+ months of flowering to go and you're anxious for flowers after 3 days?

Patience, it will come. The bigger one looks more sativa. Might take a bit longer to show.

The bigger one is Super Lemon Haze, how often it will show ? till now is 5 days after i switched the light to 12/12

Some plants show faster then others. It could take 2 + weeks to start showing pistils.
